The Department of Interior Design at Centaline University was founded in 1985 as the first professional department of interior design in Taiwan, with a history of 38 years (2023). The Department of Interior Design was founded in 1985 by Mr. Chung Chak Chiang, who laid the groundwork for the department's founding director, and has been succeeded by Chang Chien-Yun, Chen Chi-Peng, Hu Po-Lin, Chuang Hsiu-Tien, Wei Chien-Jung, and  Ni Ching-Wei. In 1999, we established an in-service master's program to train advanced spatial design talents with both professional abilities and humanistic qualities.
